W. Blake Baird is chairman and chief executive officer of Terreno Realty Corporation, a San Francisco-based public real estate investment trust. Before co-founding Terreno Capital Partners LLC in 2007, Baird served as president and director of AMB Property Corporation (NYSE: AMB), a global developer, owner and operator of industrial real estate, now known as Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD). Baird joined the Alexander & Baldwin Board in 2006 and became a board member of Matson, Inc. when the two companies separated in June of 2012. He also serves as a director of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO). He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and a former member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Baird received two bachelor's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (in economics from the Wharton School and in history from the College of Arts and Sciences). He also received a master's degree in business administration from New York University.

Stanley M. Kuriyama became the chairman of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) in June 2012. He started his career with Alexander & Baldwin in 1992, and from January 2010 until his retirement in December 2015, he served as Alexander & Baldwin's president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining Alexander & Baldwin, Kuriyama was a partner in the law firm of Cades Schutte Fleming & Wright, specializing in real estate and real estate financing. He is a 1977 graduate of Harvard Law School. Kuriyama currently serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations.

Jeffrey N. Watanabe is retired founder of Watanabe Ing law firm. Prior to co-founding Watanabe Ing in 1971, Watanabe was deputy attorney general for the State of Hawaii and also served as chief counsel for the State in matters before the federal transportation agencies. He was appointed director of Alexander & Baldwin in 2003 and became a board member of Matson, Inc. when the two companies separated in June of 2012. He also serves as director of First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd., Grace Pacific Corporation and Cellular Bioengineering, Inc. He is the non-executive Chairman of Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc (NYSE: HE). He also serves on the boards of a number of community organizations. Watanabe is a member of the American and Hawaii Bar Associations, the Hawaii Business Roundtable, Hawaii Executive Conference and the Hawaii Asia Pacific Association. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his juris doctor from George Washington University Law Center.

Constance H. Lau is president, chief executive officer and a director of Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (NYSE: HE), a holding company for Hawaiian Electric Company and American Savings Bank. She is chairman of the board of Hawaiian Electric Company. In addition, Lau is chairman of the board of American Savings Bank. She started her career with Hawaiian Electric in 1984. Lau joined the Alexander & Baldwin Board in 2004 and became a board member of Matson, Inc. when the two companies separated in June of 2012. She also serves on the boards of a number of community organizations in Hawaii. Lau received a bachelor's degree in administrative sciences from Yale University. She also received a juris doctor from the University of California's Hastings College of Law and a master's degree in business administration from Stanford University.
